[edit] Overview
The Monarch and Baron Underbheit compete to destroy the Venture Family. Dr. Venture inadvertently tries his hand at the same goal as his new security robot is set loose upon the compound. Who will save them with Brock away at a retreat where he meets legends of both military and myth?
[edit] Synopsis
Baron Ünderbheit is debriefing his underlings, Catclops, Girl Hitler and Manic 8-Ball. After commending them on a job well done, he explains that they have drunk deep from his cup and is giving them a parting gift; tiger bombs. Ünderbheit leaves them to their fate.
At the Venture Compound Brock is going away on a retreat so the Venture clan has to fend for itself for a few days. H.E.L.P.eR. finds out that Dr. Venture is building a new robot and with his feelings hurt, runs away. At the same time, an Ünderlander is dumping a scorpion into Venture's room, and at the opposite end one of The Monarchs henchmen is dumping a tarantula in the opposite side of the room. As both insects crawl up on Venture's chest, they see each other and start fighting. Venture wakes up, sees the battling insects and presses the panich button which sends him and the boys into the panic room. Outside, both henching parties agree to call their leaders so that they may reach an understanding on who can off Venture. The Monarch gets a call from his henchmen and then calls Ünderbheit for a sit down.
In the panic room, Hank and Dean beat up their dad trying to kill the insects. Dean goes out into the lab to get some medical supplies when he is confronted by a giant robot who identifies him as an intruder. Dean screams like a girl, "lactates" in his pants and runs back to the panic room. Dr. Venture explains that the robot is G.U.A.R.D.O. and is meant to defend them while Brock is away.
Ünderbheit shows up at the cocoon and after the two try to dispose of each other and some menacing teeth sharpening, they sit down and talk. While they are talking, the henchmen get bored and decide to take matters into their own hands.
Meanwhile Brock is running around in the woods trying to catch someone who is spying on him. when he finally catches up, he sees that it's Sasquatch. When he's about to pound Sasquatch to a pulp, Steve Summers shows up and rescues the creature.
At the compound, Dr. Venture remembers H.E.L.P.eR. and calls him on his communicator wrist watch. The robot is distant at first, but when Venture tells him he's sorry and that he needs him, H.E.L.P.eR drops everything and is off to rescue the family. H.E.L.P.eR. resets the facility's systems by short circuiting the circuit breaker box. G.U.A.R.D.O. leaves the Ventures alone, but goes outside and wreaks havoc with the henchmen, who have graffitied and TP'ed much of the Venture compound.
Back in the woods Steve Summers has explained what situation he and Sasquatch are in. Brock agrees to help them out by dressing Steve Summers up as an armless war vet and Sasquatch as a war vet who had stepped on a land mine. When brock finally makes it home, he sees nothing but burning vehicles, corpses strewn all over the lawn and suddenly he runs over what looks like Dr. Venture. A closer look reveals that it's just G.U.A.R.D.O. though. The real Dr. Venture is being held in the panic room as punishment by H.E.L.P.eR.
