[edit] Overview

The Monarch hatches a deadly new plan to get Dr. Venture. But Dr. Girlfriend is beginning to have second thoughts. Meanwhile, Brock finds out that his OSI license has expired.

[edit] Synopsis

Brock gets "pulled-over" while flying the X-1. The charges? Flying in an unregistered air craft and failing to file a flight plan. To make things worse, when Brock hands out his license to kill, he is told that the license expired 6 months ago. Rusty, after being called grandpa by one of the pilots, is going through a mid-life crisis. He gets a Trans-Am and invites Brock to go out with him for "Operation Get Me Some." Brock accepts as he expects to be thoroughly entertained and Rusty leaves Dean in charge.

When they get to the bar, the bartender gives Brock some sass, and while Brock wants to wipe the floor with the guy, he can't because of his expired license. Brock later tries to hook up with a stripper, but he just can't get into it. He ditches a surprised Rusty and takes off back to the compound in a state of depression. Rusty is given a drink compliments of the lady at the end of the bar, a disguised Dr. Girlfriend. Rusty puts the moves and "Charlene" and ends up taking her back to the compound. When the action's going to get hot and heavy Charlene injects Rusty with a serum and he passes out.The next morning Rusty brags that he didn't get a lick of sleep and asks Brock to go out for some condom because he ran out. He calls Dr. Girlfriend for another date and surprisingly Dr. Girlfriend accepts much to The Monarch's dismay citing that she has to go or things will look suspicious if she doesn't.

Back at the compound, Hank and Dean put Brock on a regime to make him "eat lightning and crap thunder." They train him hard and tough and send him on his way to take the test. Just as Brock is pulling out of the driveway the boys hear a shrill-womanly scream. They run into Rusty's bedroom and discover that their father has turned into a giant caterpillar. He sets about making an antidote with the help of H.E.L.P.eR. who is apperently not very good at chemistry. He then asks H.E.L.P.eR. to shoot him with a shot gun, but H.E.L.P.eR. refuses and runs off. Rusty suddenly starts spitting out silk with which to make a cocoon.

At OSI headquarters Brock is going through his exam. He passess, but only because his test proctor has heard of his legendary abilities, tears up the test, and just approves his license.

Meanwhile, Rusty is trying to get Hank to promise to shoot him when he emerges from the cocoon. Dean walks in with Charlene and the two boys take off so Rusty can explain the situation (it hasn't occured to him that Charlene is the cause of all this). She gives him one last kiss and injects him with the antidote serum, leaving him forever!

And Brock gets to go back to the bar and give that bartender the beating of his life.
